The fastest way to collect them all is to clear the map of Anti-Aircraft Cannons first and use the Avispa Buzzer helicopter, which you get from the FND Special Forces Base in the north-east of Valle De Oro. You can keep track of which ones you’ve found under Collection > Criptograma Charts. You can still find all of them after the story in free-roam. None of the Criptograma Chests or Charts are missable.
Criptograma Chests get marked on the minimap (HUD) by a white chest icon when you get close to them.
